Apartment cleaning: 3room apartment complete cleaning includes 1 bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. 1 worker for the minimum of 3 hours at $24.00 an hour is a total of $ 72.00
Two or more rooms: 2 workers $22.00 an hour, minimum of 3 hours is a total of $132.00
Note: Customer(s) are paying a flat rate of $22.00 for each worker plus $22.00 an hour with the minimum requirement of 3 hours no matter the size of the apartment.
Vacuum and Shampoo Rugs: 1 bedroom is $75.00, Living room is $ 70.00, Hallway is $35.00 Total amount for a 3 room apartment is $180 not including the bathroom. If rugs need to be cleaned with shampoo prices varies on the size of the room.
Buffing and waxing floors: One bedroom is $75.00, Living room is $85.00 Hallway is $30.00. Total amount of $190.00
Moving labor: $27.00 an hour(4 hours minimum) $216.00 for a minimum of 2 workers.
Paint jobs: For 1 bedroom $125.00 Living Room $125.00 kitchen $80.00, Bathroom $ 60.00 and Hallway $60.00 total amount of $450.00
Note:If you require the use of put paint an additional $100.00 will be charged. Also if you will like us to do a major paint job such as a apartment buliding, house or office please call us to set up an appointment so that we can view the place and give you an estimate of how much it will cost.
